Chris Crump has been a REALTOR with Coast Realty Group in Nanaimo for over three years. Previously a REALTOR in North Vancouver, Chris and his wife made the move to Nanaimo where he currently resides in Lantzville.

He decided to make the move here because he wanted a place to call home for a very long time. Chris and his wife were looking for a town that showed strong growth potential with a diverse range of industries. It was hard to decide where to live with some many beautiful neighbourhoods to choose from. Chris and his wife ended up purchasing a home in Lantzville and were surprised with the value for money. A third of an acre with ocean views and fruit trees all for well under $400,000 is quite the shock when you move from Vancouver.

Although Nanaimo offered many good choices, Lantzville provided the space and easy access to amenities he and his family were looking for.

Prior to real estate, Chris was in Sales and Marketing for Intrawest where he managed web site production for whistlerblackcomb.com and worked alongside the marketing and creative departments to synergise resources and create a powerful sales presence.

Now with one child and another on the way, his focus is to connect with buyers and sellers and create a stress free transition between homes. Chris also is a volunteer member at Lantzville Fire and Rescue and also contributes his time helping to organise the annual Mine Town Days event in Lantzville Village.

Chris takes pride in providing top level customer service and consequently enjoys many repeat clients.
